That is not a vector!! its a render.. a vector is a black object that can be resized infinitely without becoming pixelated, vectors are made in adobe illustrator.. Logo designs are usually vectors.. //// A render is when you take an image and then delete the background that you dont want.. you can use the polygonal selection tool.. the pen tool, the lasso tool but the difference between a render and a vector is a render usually has color and when resized will almost always become distorted..
